Nice smokey yet light enough since not hoppy. Semi sweet finish. Very pleasant.

Smooth, mild flavor. Barely a citrus/sour flavor profile - July 21, 2012
has a nutty taste like a guineas but it doesn't travel to the back of the tongue. it's light and doesn't hang around.

15JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Pours like a Boddingtons. Very creamy head leading to a bitter beer underneath. Maybe a little smoky, with some bready tones. Would go well with German-style kraut and brats. As I continue drinking, it gets less bitter and more malty.
