I thought it was a really good Christmas Ale. Not too spicy like others. It drinks just fine

A little too much holiday spice

Nice start, shit finish...Crisp and malty, like a standard scotch ale then quickly transitions to a lingering hop and spice combo.. Wouldnt seek out again .. Nothing memorable, even considered as a holiday beer..2.5 stars

One of the best Christmas beers I've had. Balanced between a straight up solid scotch with just a bit of the Christmas ale spice.

It's got a good taste at first and then it's just bland.....

Brown color, medium body. Crisp flavor, well-balanced. Fruity, berry-like balanced flavor. Notes of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry. Zesty, citrusy, piney hop flavor. Sweet syrupy malt flavor. Does not lack flavor. Very good. profile - December 1, 2016
Malty, thick, rich and smooth and hoppy enough to be noticeable, but not enough to be the first thing you notice. A very good beer, but I don't know what makes it Christmas.
