Very tasty! Extremely frothy head, great color and aroma. Lots of carbonation, which remains throughout. Just an all around great dark Belgian.

Spicy, but works well for a holiday Belgian strong. Is a bit thin though and somewhat boozy. Perhaps 4-6 months of cellaring would do it some good

Strong malty beer. No hoppiness or bitterness. Very carbonated. Great christmas beer.
