Wonderfully balanced imperial stout, blending rich malt and mild thickness for excellent flavor.

A perfectly fine stout. Dark and tasty, a bit complex. An enjoyable final beer of the night... or morning, as the case may be.

Decent imperial stout, I have no strong feelings about it. Drinkable, but it doesn't hold a chance against North Coast's Old Rasputin (I am biased, Rasputin is my favorite stout ever!)

Mild version of Rasputin. A little creamy.

Fruitcake-like sweetness at the start. Pleasant alcohol presence throughout. Hint of bitterness at the finish. This is an outstanding beer that gets better the more I drink it.

Heavy dark beer. Alcohol has warming effect. Roasted aroma

Superb. Almost as good as the Mephistopheles, but not quite. This one has more of a swwet note on the swallow and aftertaste, but it's still a strong stout.
