Not bitter , not sweet, just the way I like it. Robust flavor with lots of malt. Very nice.

Malt heavy as one would expect from a scotch ale. Tastes almost like a bourbon aged beer. Lots of oak and caramel flavor. Bit of an alcohol taste near the end. Overall a good sipping beer

To be honest, I pounded this down. Was expecting more malt for a Scotch ale. Otherwise I really like it.
