bill@homebrewingnews.com - January 7, 2016Aroma of mocha-coffee and coffee grounds. Tastes like a mocha frappe with a lot of bitter chocolate and strong French roast coffee. Finish is decidedly bitter between the black patent malt and roasted grain astringency. Could have a heavier mouthfeel to complete the overall experience.
