This is a very English beer. Taste-wise, it won't nock your nickers off, but but each sip is definitively characteristic of the style: good, flavourful, not overdrawn with hops or malts. I love the malty nose, light bitterness on the tongue, and while I'd like a little more finish, nothing would stop me from having another. In fact...

Definitely Fullers, well balanced, perhaps hoppy side but full of flavour.

Not bad beer. It does not leave too much bitterness and overall the beer is well balanced

I don't drink many English ales but this seems like a pretty well-rounded beer. It has a bit more hop flavor than I was expecting for an English beer but it works. Has a sticky mouthfeel after awhile but it's a pretty solid beer.
