Dank chocolately goodness

Very dark brown with tan head that leaves moderate lace. Malty nose with a smoky essence. Malt flavors abound with smoky hoppy finish. Surprisingly light body with decent carbonation. Good brew that I would have again.

Smokey, hoppy flavor. Surprising. I liked it, tho not one I'll drink all the time.

Really malty. Roasty flavor, slight smoke. Nice hop balance. With a minimal lingering bitterness from roast and hop

Very black, good beer, but little heavy for me.

Has a smoky taste. Very easy drinking beer.

Try in fall when it's fresher next time, not too bad, nothing exciting though

Another great black lager on par with the Sam Adams take. A tad smoother though but similar taste and smell

Very dark & strong. Like a porter, a little sweet.

Dark and smokey. Delicious. Almost like a very mild rauchbier.
