Very good Belgian beer

Not a ton of flavor. Has the alcohol flavor of most triples. A little old, so flavor may have dissipated.

Another great Trappist ale from Belgium.

You gotta respect this beer for the historic factor behind it. Not my favorite, but still an outstanding brew. It pairs perfect with any meal. A little more carbonated than your average beer. (Popped a top)

Interesting flavor- very unique. Sour, not sure if I like it

One of the smoothest drinking Belgians I've had. Pours a murky copper with a huge off-white head. Smells very fruity, like a wine cooler. Taste is heavy on fruit as well. Apple, pear, currant, a faint malty sweetness and finished with a touch of toffee and butterscotch. Everything is really nicely balanced and works well together. Love the bowling pin bottle.

Unique. Effervescent. Medium dark color cloudy. Citrusy and bitter. Almost like an IPA.

My first thought was that this beer tastes almost like a Pinot Grigio. A little bit of sourness but tastes most like a Belgian golden ale.

Pretty good, lighter than unibroues.
