csalt - November 9, 2012Wow... A pretty decent imperial IPA. Lots of piney hops in the aroma and taste. Bit of citrus and quite boozy. Poured with 1" of head that disappeared quickly. I could've used a little more floral or citrus. Maybe a little too piney for me but still a really enjoyable brew.

agerome - November 4, 2012Having at Fire. Not my style hop bitterness. Like a little more sweetness.

zomerhouse - October 21, 2012Strong pine aroma; incredibly hoppy. Malty sweetness at finish; a damn good double IPA. Up there with the best. Great sipping ale

Draft, tulip
Aroma is hoppy and grassy. Flavor is great, grassiness transfers over and there's a mild amount of maltiness. Light-to-medium dry finish with light-to-medium mouthfeel.

Draft, conical pint
Opaque files cir with mild white head and thick, persistent film of a head. Agree us mostly grassy with little malt and mild but flavorful bitterness.

BBrewster - October 6, 2012Much better than torpedo in that it actually had a taste profile besides pine. Still a little more grapefruit and like biting into a mountain tree than I would prefer, but good.
