Though not my favourite tripel ever, it exudes notes of fermenting apples which are also present to the taste alongside a drying floral addition coupled with spicy yeast. A refreshing Belgian brew, faintly sweet with anise and nutmeg

Slight banana/hoppy aromas. Persistent, creamy head. Mildly alcoholic with citrusy undertones followed with refreshingly light hoppy bitterness.

Light but complex; spicy bitter at first, then slightly sweet fruity taste. Very enjoyable light Belgium style.

Classic Belgian: deceptively high gravity, great mouthfeel, great taste, not too potent, easy on the hops!
