Tastes strongly of cherries, but well balanced with a Belgian ale type flavor, not much hops or malt, medium carbonation.

A quadrupel ale with good hints of dark citrus and a bit of banana on an aged ale. Good and not too dark. Pours with a large amount of head as well. 9.7% abc

My favorite beer of all time. My gateway beer to the microbrew world. Fantastic Belgian with a cherry finish. If you can get to Cooperstown make sure you get to the brewery.
