Wow ! This was delicious! Light smooth and tasty! Was surprised by the fizzy ness but enjoyed the creamy finish. I will get more of this.

Opaque mahogany body w/ tan head w/ nice lace & retention. Figs, brown sugar, clove in gorgeous blend of aromas & flavors. World class brew.

A brown Trappist Ale with very little head. Apple and brown sugar notes on the nose. Sherry like flavor with drying almost sour finish. I have had this in Germany and Belgium and loved it. The most I can give it now as an import is 3 1/2 stars. I wonder if this ale does not travel and age well?
