Nice unexpected hoppy bitterness at the front, with little of the banana/clove flavor profile of many other tripels. Some complexity in the flavor profile, and a very clean finish.

Excellent. Better than chimay blue... Also lighter in color. Pleasant sweetness just like most other Trappist beers. I taste hints of grapes coming through the strongest, but nothing overpowering. For 9.5% abv it's very smooth, no boozy heat detectable.
