Incredible imperial stout. Smooth balanced. Subtle mint. Absolutely rewarding sweet finish. Velvety melted ice cream flavor. It really leveled off after air exposure. Simple strong sweet chocolate base.

Liked it more than I thought I would. Pours black with a thin dark brown head. Smells of peppermint. Big peppermint taste with a rich smooth chocolate aftertaste. Nice beer!

Modestly carbonated, modestly smooth. Minty, roasted malt, peppery, and sweet. Bitter finish. Nicely balanced. Mid-big bodied. Lasting flavor. 4.0

Like drinking an Andes mint. Smooth, sweet but not too much, minty finish. Perfect dessert beer. Had at PP 6/6/14.

As one pub description out it, this beer is like a bourbon and peppermint patty had a love child. It was like drinking amazing mint fudge.
