MonicaAJC - December 20, 2015I'm only a mild S.T. fan, so quite surprised when I tried this. It's a really solid DIPA. Excellent balance--ok...higher on the hops the the malt, but for me that is the perfect balance. Not bitter. Just tasty--resin and floral. Great body and texture. Would absolutely make this a go-to DIPA.
