Super strong and sour. Hint of apple cider vinegar. Almost like a really strong kombucha..... Delicious!!!

Super balanced and the highest abv sour I've seen, hands down one of my favorite sours, leather, cherries, vanilla and oak - Had a 2007, incredibly awesome, still tart and balanced
