This was bottled in June of 2011...maybe a little too much of a weird sour-tart taste (not in a good way) for my liking, with a touch of an off flavor, probably due to age...need to try fresh!
pcguitarwzrd - July 19, 2012Interesting...fruity and tart, somewhat grassy, no hops to speak of. Very finely carbonated with a smooth mouthfeel like champagne. Probably not something I would buy again, but worth a try.
pogo177 - July 8, 2012Reddish pink in color with a pinkish head. Fruity with a slight funk in the nose. Raspberry juice flavors hit the tongue right away without cloying or being too sweet. A mild funk hits in the middle and raspberry comes back for the aftertaste. Nice and mellow. An interesting complexity.
