Cracked the bottle and a hiss of carbonation escaped. Pours a cloudy golden straw with a huge white head. Super carbonation. Huge. Huge farmy aroma which is quite light. Same with the taste. Initially sweet and then some straw and hay add some tinge. Very very interesting. Good. Would drink again.
