A great sour ale

Aroma - dark fruit, fruity Appearance - light head, off white due to color below, strong red color Taste - cherry - sour - envelopes the mouth, smooth, tangy after taste lingers at the back of the tongue. Overall - clean, not a long lasting feel in the tongue, could only drink a few as is highly acidic, cherry notes enjoy the bitterness of the prevalent Lacto. Highly specialty, not for sessioning

Sour cherry and olive oil on the nose. Apple cider vinegar, sour cherry, sour apple, delicious.

Medium dark brown color. Light colored head that dissipates fairly quickly. Malty, prune, black fruit aromas. Slightly sour black fruit (plums?). Very nice. Would definitely have again.

Very good red sour ale. Sour apple and a strong balsamic taste. Only complaint is the lack of alcohol. Wish I could have the same taste in a strong ale.

All I taste is vinegar.

Great tart/sour start; dark in color: ruby dark red. Doesn't finish too sweet, makes the tart last a little longer. A very go to sour.

Tastes similar to the duchesse or monks cafe, not quite as good but close
