Nice and light flavor, a little fruity and floral. Very smooth, one of my favorites.

Vigorous head, but reminiscent of soda. Golden color with nice haze, though I guess they use a super flocculent strain of yeast judging by the large yeast chunks. The flavor is very subtle compared to other Belgian Wits without much spice noted. I definitely won't go out of my way to find and drink one of these.
