A little on the hoppy side, not much chocolate taste. It's just okay

Not sure if this is the right Bison chcolate Stout I had cause the one I had said brewed with Peruvian coco but could not find it.. Maybe they just changed the bottled either way it was not that great!!

Mild chocolate notes. Light sweetness. Mid-body.

Too mild

It's pretty tasty. The comment about the chocolate cookie was pretty spot on.

Nice aroma, without an overpowering chocolate taste. Sightly burnt finish. Nice malts, but lacking a distinguishing flavour.

Strong chocolate and malt flavors balance well. Mild hop finish. Pretty good. Not my favorite chocolate stout, though.

Strong dark chocolate on the nose. Smells delicious. Coffee and dark chocolate all the way! This is a solid stout, and organic. Awesome at slightly cooler than room temp. Finish is clean, doesn't linger too much. I really enjoyed this stout. Creamy and full flavored without the weight of many of its brethren.

Rich malty stout, smokey but with a metallic finish

Quite bitter. Lots of carbonation. Strong espresso flavor. Not a favorite, but I would try other beers by this brewer
