Thick, rich, and full-bodied. This brew reminds me a lot of Old Rasputin Imperial Stout from North Coast Brewing. Smooth, malty, creamy, and flavorful.

Pitch black in color with a small light brown head. Slow to dissipate. coffee and chocolate dominate the aromas with a subtle raisin note. Sweet silky mouthfeel with a boozy forward and dark bitter chocolate notes. Very smooth. Lots of flavor but packs a punch.

The alcohol dominates the flavor profile. I would like to see more malt body, roast malt and dark fruit flavors. Would probably be better with some age.
