wheat beer has some sort of tiny acid/bitter bite up front. seems to disappear with a dash of orange juice. nice taste after the start.

Very light and flavorful. Just about exactly what I expect in a Belgium wit beer! Very nicely done.

11JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Sweet wheat beer. Refreshing, and the wheat is prominent in the slightly dry finish. Not great, but could drink again.

Citrusy and light, even if unfiltered. Too acidy for me, but well made beer. Belgium is great.

Soft ale taste, but not watered down at all. Full flavor without being heavy. Sweet.
