Needs to age and mellow for at least a year or two. I bet it will blossom into something really special.

Strong stout, but a bit of a sour note. Very bourbony. A bit of chocolate and coffee and vanilla. Overall good and would be better if 10% etoh

One of the all time greats. Oak, vanilla, tons of bourbon and a velvet mouthfeel. The ABV is present when fresh, but not unpleasant. Over a year or two it tends to really come into its own and smooth out. Have not had anything older than two years to know beyond it. The nose adds to the experience here and is just a phenomenal sipping beer. Amazing.
