poopersdad - April 19, 2012Delicious! Pours thick w very little head. Super black in color. Smells of deep rich chocolate & sweet red wine. The closer to room temp it gets the more the champagne taste comes through
Chipouras - December 28, 2011Better in previous years. Great dark flavor, body and carbonation appropriate. If you are a bourbon fan you'll like this beer, but over shadows the flavors of chocolate and coffee. I was still a fan but the complexity of the beer wasn't fully apparent in the beer. Will likely be better with age.
