Decent taste for a buffalo's butt. I expected it to be harsher. Buffalo's are big and gross so I didn't expect this to be an amber either. Texas brewed. Apparently it was named after some guy that drank with buffalo bill. He said an ice cold beer was the only thing that could make him forget the oftviewed sight of a buffalo's rear end. I personally think he meant he has to be hammered to sleep with the hefty. It's a pretty good beer with a cool name and a cool bottle. Texas ftw!

Medium amber in color. Couldn't pick up much on the nose. Very dry taste with hints of chocolate. Not for me.

CBR A caramel, bready, bit of spicy hop or chilis
T tuny bit spicy, mainly mild, aqueous, grapfruit pith towards end
