Saigoda - September 26, 2019I had this one once. Didn?t leave a strong impression. Just glad I didn?t pay for it.

FabAru - July 15, 2018Top o? the notch IPA. Soft and velvety full body. Rich, fruity. Not that hoppy or IBU?d. Not detecting flavor from the oak ?tanks?; maybe it?s subtly there? This beer is a little pricier?not sure why?yes, it?s great, but worth a $14-15 six pack? Mm, no.

ian.duvenhage@vanderbilt.edu - August 18, 2017Complex, bright and smooth, great hoppy bitterness up front but sweet on the back; great IPA

Xenobia - August 2, 2017The bite of citrus without much citrus flavor, the medium dark malt with a punch of molasses flavor and a bit of sweetness, the bitterness of hops without being overly bitter, finished with the pleasant taste of oak. It's an intense and complex IPA.

ollupevkavi - June 18, 2017This is one of my reference standards for Imperial IPAs. Smooth, but very hoppy, with that pine and citrus taste well in balance. I believe it's Oak aged as well, which adds to the flavor.

kara.thomson@ymail.com - February 20, 2017Tons of flavor. Complex. Beautiful color is an added bonus.

weberlee3@gmail.com - February 18, 2017Reminiscent of 90 Minute IPA but with the oak barrel of course, and less malt. And as someone else stated a beautiful honey-Amber color. Another excellent offering from my favorite brewer.

Leenie812 - December 21, 2016Nice piney aroma; rich and almost thick - sweet yet hoppy. I get a bourbon aftertaste. Very enjoyable. Both Peter and I really liked this, served it with his birthday dinner.
