HunterDuke - October 4, 2012Sweet, spicy and well balanced. Pine and citrus with almost a cumin aftertaste. Not really one for tripel, but this one's worth the hype and reverence!
Ern Dog - September 6, 2012An incredible ale with a milder body and balance than the Chimay Red. Slight bitterness what I prefer, and goes down smooth on the palate.
sandan_mark - August 27, 2012Chimay ate incapable of making bad beer. And we get the fruits of their labor. White is smooth with a little kick...only not ad good as the red...and that is total kickass. All hail Chimay.
