Very rich.

This is my "out-to-dinner beer"

Sweet, spicy and well balanced. Pine and citrus with almost a cumin aftertaste. Not really one for tripel, but this one's worth the hype and reverence!

Worth the price.

An incredible ale with a milder body and balance than the Chimay Red. Slight bitterness what I prefer, and goes down smooth on the palate.

Bready taste & straw notes of some sorts.

My favorite chimay. Unassuming, not bold but very complete and clean

Chimay ate incapable of making bad beer. And we get the fruits of their labor. White is smooth with a little kick...only not ad good as the red...and that is total kickass. All hail Chimay.

Not a huge fan of tripels, but a well-made beer.
