Not as smooth as advertised, but still complex and a pleasure to drink. Vanilla, bourbon, nice bitterness. UPDATE: Absolutely fantastic with Stilton. Comparably good with chocolate ganache. Upping the rating by 1/2 star.

Not overpowering with bourbon. Excellent taste. Getting another to age.
