prhubbard - August 16, 2013I toured Creemore brewery years ago when they first released this bock. I remember being the only person on the tour and being very well cared for by a delightful young woman who made me feel verrry special. Ahhh the smell of the malt, the heat from the fermenters!!! It was all so sudden!! Right, the beer. It's good and sweet. Like her.
bugs318 - February 17, 2012Nice, creamy smooth head with fair retention but almost no lace. Reddish amber in color with thick carbonation visibility. Slight toasted bread aromas with a faint trace of citrus. Taste is similar: toasted malt up front with a faint hoppy dryness in closure. On the tongue, it is a bit thin and oily. Nice, not excellent, but nice.
