2013-12-25 scottsdale bomber. Well-rounded with caramel overtones.

Had in a pint glass. Drank while eating a ham steak. Good Hellesbock. Hoppy, but not super hoppy. More spices come out than anything. Smooth, drinkable and pretty good for the style.

An exceptional American ale, with a full robust flavor. Not as complex and heavy as an IPA.. But refreshingly delicious. Cheers from sunny Southern California USA! 12/2/13

Drinkable, but not a favorite

A lot of hop and floral flavor. It doesn't have enough beer flavor if you ask me. I get a banana finish which is a little off putting for me. One and done for me.
