11aug13, Destihl, Champaign, IL Draft, 12oz tulip Pours a very dark clear copper with a full finger of light tan head. Aroma is mild, but some evidence of roasted malt with citrus and grassy hops. Taste is sweet and bitter at once. Some has a grapefruit sweetness, and the alcohol is pretty present at 9.1%. It's enjoyable. The bitterness lingers, though the overall finish is fairly dry. It's okay.
