Taste great, similar to crisp apple with a slight touch of a floral scent and taste, also taste like a pear juice. Clear amber in glass, with little to no head. Lots of carbonation

Nice light cider. Not strong in alcohol. Starter beer for light drinkers. Would be good for flavor in cooking

It almost smells like a beer as soon as you pop the cap. I think this could be a good cider choice for a beer lover. It doesn't have that crisp sweetness of a traditional apple cider, and I could see alot of cider fans marking this low. It has subtle hints of fruit , and is not dry. Goes down very easily, and very refreshing after a long day of yard work. It does have an unusual taste to it but its not a bad thing. It's just different. Be adventurous and open minded and I think most will enjoy this.
