If your an IPA fan this will be different. Kinda piney but the hop is nice at the finish. Just a different taste

The tap handle in Calahans calls this an oat ale, but it is extremely hoppy with creamy mouth feel and sweet body. BrewGene claims as APA at 6.2% but bar tender gave me 10 oz glass claiming 8.4% This beer is very good, but not what I consider balanced. It has a great hop nose, creamy mouthfeel, very heavy sweet body but hop finish stops malt from being too cloying. Very complex and enjoyable, but not an IPA

Eh ! Pales aren't my fav. Smells and tastes like a lagunitus with some oatmeal on back end.

Even the bottle in the picture says 8%, not 6.4%. Smooth and delicious.
