RachelTS - June 10, 2013Not sour! Light and refreshing with a hint of bitterness. Subtle sweetness, no weird aftertaste. Lightly carbonated.
RachelTS - June 10, 2013Good carbonation, flavorful start. Reminiscent of a farmhouse saison because of the herbal flavors and aroma. Good bitterness at the beginning - what you'd want in a pale ale - with a crisp finish. Not overly flavorful, but much more full bodied than some gluten free beers.
bugs318 - December 20, 2012Not bad for gluten free if a slight but odd smelling and tasting (with a touch of alfalfa). Mostly herbal hops on nose though and grassy taste. Body is light as is carbonation.
