More bitter than an average marzen. Easy to drink though.

This makes you full and...irritated. Too sweet. Don't buy.

A dry,medium-hopped, auburn-colored larger with a roasted malt finish. Good Summer beer.

Gordon Beirsch makes very good beer. Its take on the Oktoberfest style beer isn't its best. I've had far better Märzens and much better Oktoberfest brews. But all is not lost as it is still an enjoyable beer to have if the beer case is vacant of the other superior selections.

Ok marzen lager. The color is light amber brown with a thin white head. A smooth clean smell with a hint of banana bread. The taste is a crisp clean lager with a slight hoppy sweet and light roasted malt finish. 3 of 5 stars.
