Had the good fortunes to see the Seattle brewery location on a tour and sampled their hefeweizen. Was my favorite along with the surprising apricot ale

Solid summer Brew

Hazy amber with white head and mild lace. Wheat and citrus aromas with flavors that follow nose. Medium body with lingering sweetness.

Some swings were very sweet, some a bit tart. Maybe I need to swirl this unfiltered wheat around a bit. Not bad. Not great. Not hoppy.
