Yellow/orange color, smooth and light flavor, typical light beer

Solid Hefe but no orange with it. Try with orange next time.

Has the cidery, over carbonated flavor that I associate with my first Mr. Brew home brewing attempt. A bit disappointing; I may return to the old German stand-by's next time.

Cloudy gold with a weak white head. Pleasant citrus aroma with prominent yeast. Everything spells good hefeweisen. Flavor is full bodied, yet a little bitter to match the aroma, with an off-dry finish. Overall good beer, would go great chilled at a barbecue!
