Served cold, drunk slowly to add flavor. Nice sour milkish after taste

Very hoppy. Not thick. Nice head.

Very good double IPA. Lots of malt and hops, with a little nutty flavor. Strong. Bottle June 2012.

Very good. Pretty strong at 10%. Little on the sweet side for an IPA–So for a Pale Ale I'd give it a little better grade than a Dog Fish Head.

Floral hops, sweet malt, great double IPA

Strong piney nose, which lets you know the hops are about to lay one on you... Nice hop flavor. Good caramel on the palate to balance the pine. Good sh"@t!

Turbid copper color with white head that leaves moderate lace on pint glass. Floral and pine aromas dominate nose with underlying malt presence. Very hoppy body with malt backbone that has nutty notes. Wonderful hop flavors include piney taste with a bit of grapefruit and lingering bitter finish. High ABV is fairly well hidden in this balanced beer. Medium bodied and chewy without much carbonation. Sediment heavy body. Delicious hoppiness leads to great happiness. Most enjoyable brew that I will definitely have again.

Very good. It has a SLIGHT sweet syrupiness to it that's characteristic of many of the high abv IPAs (which I personally don't care for), but not much at all - hardly noticeable. Better that 60 minute, not as good as a 90 minute.

In addition to the usual caramel/hop profile of a double IPA, this one has almost a sort of Candy corn flavor.

Gerry combination of light hoppy stuff with Carmel malt
