Similar to a hefeweizen. Slightly tart and fruity after taste. Great to pair with seafood like a good Chardonnay.

The quintessential wit bier. The you compare others to. Light, cloudy with a clove flavor but not too forward. A little yeasty but not much. Has a little ale bite to it.
