Smooth finish and probably the best of the Goose Island beers.

22JUN13, Flanagan's, Louisville, KY 12oz, beveled pint Pours a clear copper with a half finger of white head. Has a certain spiciness in the aroma, with a strong note of sweetness/tanginess. Flavors is a little more bland than the aroma, with a dryer mildly spicy finish. Medium mouthfeel with moderately high carbonation, but flavor is masked through some dry bitterness. It's not overwhelming, but I think the other flavors are probably too weak to really step forward. Meh.

Dark flavor, like coffee, but not heavy.
