Draft, snifter
Golden and very clear. Pale brett aroma and pale brett taste. Quite sour, which mellows as it warms. The flavor has a sweet sourness to it which persists and is sweet almost to the very end until the end. Actually quite enjoyable after you let it settle for a minute.
