Mr. Marcus - May 26, 2013Good IPA. Delivers some complex hops regardless of relatively low ibu. Nice citrus and caramel coming through. Balanced well with a clean finish.
JoeEsch - April 10, 2013Very well balanced, not too hoppy for being named Hops of Wrath. Needs a bit more kick to it, but a very nice beer overall.
ve2011 - February 27, 2013Tasty but sweeter than most IPA's, so for an IPA only 3 stars, but for a beer it would be 4-5 stars.
svenllr - October 27, 2012The hops are rich and ever present in this IPA but it's only moderately bitter with only 50 IBUs. The kick isn't tough and the taste not even close to obnoxious like many IPAs. I wouldn't use smooth to describe the fine brew but that's not a bad a thing either. A tingle is the predominant description of taste and a wonderful thing it is. Bitter is good to many but this mellow bitter is what is good.
