C-. A bit too mild for style, not carbonated high enough and just a bit off. Drinkable for me, but not great.

Bigby's Sept 2014. Berliner Weisse. Bit drier than others. Really drinkable.

Tart. Tasty.

Hazy straw yellow in color with a slight white head that disappears immediately. Aromas of lemon citrus and a sparkling white wine. Fizzy potent carbonation this beer is incredibly light and refreshing almost more like a spritzer or lemonade than beer. A tart dry finish with a slight wheat backbone. For summer an interesting alternative to other summer beers almost like a radler. And at 3.1 very sessionable or a break. Surprisingly liked this more than I thought i would. A Berliner weisse

On tap at fat angel on 5/14/2014 Tart smell and first taste and then wheaty, earthy after taste.

Sour wheat beer. Pretty good

The syrup lingers after you drink for a long time!! The usual wheat grossness is cut by the tart, so it's not terrible.

Fresh. Pours with a light bubbly head. Dissipates quickly to nothing. Hazy light yellow. Good carbonation. Sweet tartness. Get it in the aftertaste. First of the style. Not bad but wouldn't actively seek the style out.
