jimmyweddle - October 5, 2012Quite possibly the best beer on the planet right up their with Westy 12! Amazingly complex with 11.2% ABV and not just Breakfast Stout that was barrel aged this is an entirely different beer. SAVOR THE EFFORT THAT FOUNDERS PUT INTO IT!

RickinMichigan - July 1, 201212 oz bottle (this year's brew) into a pint glass. Very rich smooth taste, a little bit of booze but lots of roasty goodness. Slightly bitter, but well balanced. One of the best (if not the best) beers I've had.
emmsrobe@indiana.edu - June 29, 2012This beer is in the realm of a scotch or a brandy sort of deal. It's so laced with strong alcoholic textures that you want to drink it as a dessert. Very delicious and one to savor.
