davl22 - March 18, 2016Brewed with coriander and orange peel, aged in oak with Brett. Pale gold color, head fizzes and dissipates pretty quickly. Aroma is hay, coriander, citrus, light funk, grain, smells similar to a Berliner. Taste is similar but with an overwhelming cereal/grain flavor that lingers for awhile. It's ok, could be better with less wheat, more time.
