The nosing was dank. The pour released very few aromatics. The initial impression was bready, with a hint of pine. Very dense beer with decent mouthfeel. Hoppiness was not what I expected from DIPA. Ok beer.

Good Double IPA, would be 5 stars but I got that chalky/aspirin flavor from the hops. Other than that, great aroma and mouthfeel.

Visited the Frost brewery & people were walking in buying cases of this stuff. I tried one bottle & now I wish I'd gotten a full case myself. Lush is a good description - a (becoming) classic variation of a bold, rich, floral version of the IPA. Great depth & complexity of citrus flavors with a good but balanced hop bite. Will go back to VT. Will buy a full case. At least.
