Xavier - November 16, 2013Spicy aroma. Malt on the nose with some saison spice. Interesting but not for me.

Matilda 2012. Pours a hazy golden copper with a finger of off white head that slowly dissipates to a film. Aroma is sweet, with good yeast notes. Flavor is initially sweet, light and almost creamy mouthfeel with a very wet finish. The carbonation is low. Flavor has a bit of straw, but it's mostly a sweet yeastiness. It's extremely good, extremely drinkable. My only regret is I don't have more. As you let it warm, more of the sour-ness comes out.

zomerhouse - October 22, 2013Dark amber color, foamy head. Floral, earthy nose. Smooth and crisp flavor with lightness mixed with some spice. Subtle fruit and hops at finish. Would be a good summer ale
