03NOV12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Draft, pint Good hoppy, malty aroma. Copper color. Flavor is good off the bat. Hop is subtle, malt blends with mild bitterness pretty well. Medium finish. Well balanced. A little dryer than I'd prefer, but decently enjoyable.

Nicely done Bitter. Not outstanding, but better than some import that's been sitting too long. Would prefer more biscuity profile. 39/50.
